Step by step

Sending a request does not book or commit you to anything.

1. Fill in the form. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
2. Your request is passed to a local provider near Columbia.
3. The provider gets in touch by phone, text or email to offer a consultation.
4. You meet with a licensed provider, who decides what is suitable. Whether to go ahead is up to you.

Sending a request through Osageplace Skin Consult Desk does not book a treatment, an appointment or anything else. It only lets a provider near Columbia know you would like to talk.

The provider contacts you and offers a consultation. If you go, a licensed provider looks at your situation and tells you what is suitable. You then decide whether to go ahead, wait, or look elsewhere. Every step is your choice.

Share only what you are comfortable with

The form asks for a short message. You do not need to describe your health in detail there. A consultation is a better place for that, face to face with a licensed provider.

What you send, including your name, email, phone, chosen service and message, goes to the provider who will contact you. Our privacy page explains how your details are handled and how to withdraw a request.
